HISTORY

Mathtech Inc. was originally formed as the Strategy and Consulting arm of Princeton-based professional services firm Mathematica, Inc. in 1959 and has been employee-owned since 1986. Today, Mathtech is an ESOP firm that recognizes that its professional staff is its most valued asset.

Mathtech leverages leading methodologies, expertise, and best practices and tools to deliver clearly defined approaches and solutions for our clients’ projects. Within the Information Technology industry, our niche is providing a diversified team that couples analytical and managerial expertise with the technology skills needed to develop successful IT solutions – whether we are actually developing the system or working with our clients to provide oversight on a system developed by another vendor.

Our multi-discipline approach ensures that the client receives the subject matter expertise needed to define the requirements accurately, and the technical and managerial knowledge needed to develop and implement a system that delivers on all requirements. With an average of 20 years of experience, Mathtech’s Project Managers offer a wealth of practical expertise in defining and implementing large scale systems, and many hold Project Management Professional Certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Mathtech professionals help our clients define goals and create a vision for new business processes and technology solutions and manage solution implementations. We can help define requirements, prepare RFPs, design enterprise architectures, develop Business and IT Strategic plans, develop and support applications and manage complex, large-scale projects.
