Helping During COVID-19

Return to Work Checklist

Mathtech’s Return to Work checklist is meant to spur ideas to help you plan and execute your return to work effort.  It is not meant to be exhaustive, and some items may be more applicable than others.  Consider it a guide for you to start the process to reimagine the future of your organization.

Free Office Hours

As expert strategists, planners, project managers and change agents, we are fortunate enough to have wonderful clients, and are keeping busy as we continue to serve them. But we want to do more during our time apart due to COVID-19.

We know we can help!

Mathtech is offering free “Office Hours” to answer questions you may have about any aspect of strategy, planning, project management, change management, or anything else. Set up a call with one of our experienced consulting leaders and ask us anything you need.

  • Need help figuring out what to consider and how to prepare to implement your Return to Work plan?
  • Maybe you sense that your project teams are more disconnected and need some ideas about how to keep progress moving?
  • Maybe your change management plan lost some components when everyone moved to work from home?
  • Maybe COVID-19 made you realize that your continuity plans were a little outdated and sparse?

All of these are great topics, and we know there are more. Whatever your question, we are here to help. We can offer frameworks and straightforward concepts to help you; and we are happy to provide ongoing support as we all work through this unique working situation.

We have a lot to offer and would be honored for you to schedule a little time with us to see how we can add value to what you are working on.

Use this form to set up a time for us to meet or, if you’d prefer, email us at stateteam@mathtechinc.com and we will reach out to schedule a time.
