Mathtech was engaged by DVS to complete Phase II of the project. Specifically, Mathtech developed the following:
- Refine existing DVS ‘As-Is’ and ‘To-Be’ business processes
- Analyze MNLARS functional and non-functional requirements for DVS
- Assist the State with the MNLARS System Vendor procurement approach
- Identify and analyze current vendors and products in the industry, including recent implementations of similar projects
- Identify opportunities for business process optimization and, if applicable, redesigns of the driver’s license and motor vehicle functions, as well as benefits that would be realized if the system were expanded to include: EDMS, Appointment Scheduling, Electronic NSF Check Entry and Facial Recognition, Interface to SAVE, and Driver Education
- Analyze the State's data dependencies for electronic interfaces, integration requirements, extracts, and reporting
- Write the MNLARS System Vendor RFP
- Develop an evaluation process for evaluating vendor RFP proposals
- Prepare materials and assist the State with the Bidders Conference DVS to be the Oversight Vendor for the MNLARS project.
